Little League® player evaluations are conducted annually, for all local leagues, to grade and score the skill of all players. Our coaches use these scores during the draft to create fair and equitable teams. The evaluation scores are not shared with anyone except the coaches of each division.
Players in all divisions are expected to attend evaluations, with the exception of tee ball. Participation in the evaluation process, and assessment of all players is contingent on each child meeting Little League’s eligibility requirements and age determination. Evaluations for both baseball and softball will be held on Saturday, March 5th at Dexter High School. All players should bring a ball glove, bat, and helmet (if they have one) and wear sneakers (no cleats). Players will be hitting, catching, and throwing and should dress appropriately.
